Funds moved to: ~$500K extracted via coordinated dumps of $GSD tokens from dev wallets before public announcement. Liquidity evaporated, token value crashed.

The founder posted a farewell message claiming 'GSD Cloud is obsolete' in the face of Codex and Claude Code, then deleted all his social media accounts.

Timeline: Between March and May 2026, GSD Cloud (AI-powered productivity / cloud framework on Solana, launched November 2025) won the Bags Hackathon prize #1 — first official $100K prize (the global hackathon pool was $1M in direct grants + $3M continuation fund, of which $100K allocated to GSD as #1). Founder Lex Christopherson launched the $GSD token, built a community, participated in Bags trading contests. Heavy promotion by the Bags ecosystem including its founder Finn Bags. On 22 May 2026 overnight, Christopherson posted a farewell message claiming GSD Cloud was rendered obsolete by Codex and Claude Code. Coordinated dumps from dev-linked wallets observed before public announcement. Around 08:36 UTC, @25THPRMR posted screenshots of deleted accounts and final messages. Estimated extraction: ~$500K. Christopherson deleted all his social media accounts and communication channels. No official Bags team statement. Liquidity evaporated, token value crashed. 'AI made me do it' rug pull pattern — the founder invokes obsolescence in the face of major AI tools as a defense. First documented example.
